Our client is a casino and sportbook operator offering products from the most sought-after game suppliers globally. With a massive portfolio of Casino games, Live casino, Sportsbook, Crash games and Table games, and offering PSPs via both FIAT and Crypto, this Curacao-licenced operator is growing rapidly and is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to head up their Digital Acquisition funnels.This is a highly responsible role, requiring a candidate with a strong background in digital marketing, and a proven trackrecord of success within the igaming industry. The emphasis is on strategic thinking, and on analytical proficiency and adaptability.Role & Responsilities
  • Take full ownership for the brand's gobal Digital Acquisition performance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies, primarily focusing on SEO, PPC, SMM, and Programmatic Advertising
  • Manage end-to-end customer acquisition campaigns across various digital marketing channels
  • Explore and experiment with new digital marketing channels and methods
  • Performance Tracking and Optimisation
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across different digital channels
  • In-depth management of digital marketing budgets with full responsibility for PnL and ROI
Skills & Experience
  • University degree in marketing, business management, or other relevant degree
  • Qualification in digital marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in SEO, PPC, SMM, and Programmatic Advertising within the iGaming industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Communication skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Experience of working with acquisition of players on the LATAM market
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Expert user of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Thorough understanding of target audiences and anility to utilise appropriate channels effectively
  • Ability to drive results effectively
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance data and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
About this role
  • Salary up to €50K
  • Fully remote or employment in the UK (London office, hybrid-remote)
  • 28 days paid annual leave
