We are actively looking for a Secretary/Office Administrator to join our team, in our offices in Keratsini.At Streem Global, we are pioneers in logistics. We are embarking on a bold new direction, expanding our capabilities to become a truly end-to-end logistics service provider that can deliver intelligent solutions for customers around the world.StreemGlobal continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals.The Secretary/Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management teams and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Act as the first point of contact, screening and directing incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming tasks and requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing agendas and materials for meetings, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
  • Prior experience as a secretary, office administrator or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
