- Manage the daily schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Act as the first point of contact, screening and directing incoming calls and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Organize and prioritize incoming tasks and requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Assist in preparing agendas and materials for meetings, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
- Prior experience as a secretary, office administrator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
