- participate in litigation between both courts and arbitral tribunals, national and international;
- contribute your litigation expertise in a wide variety of financial and corporate law transactions;
- actively participate and contribute in meetings with clients and in negotiations;
- take ownership of a litigation case file;
- supervise and train more junior associates in respect of practice specific matters;
- be given the opportunity to become acquainted with other fields of law;
- acquire experience in the legal aspects of a wide field of pioneering business transactions.
- qualification to act as Greek lawyer through Greek law degree and bar admission;
- at least 5 years of experience in litigation;
- integrity, commitment to the highest ethical standards in litigation;
- very thorough knowledge of procedural rules before courts or of the more widely-used arbitration rules (such as ICC or LCIA); knowledge of both would be a significant plus;
- advanced litigation documents drafting skills;
- very good understanding of accounting, financial and mathematical principles inherent to our practice;
- advanced organizational and interpersonal skills;
- attention to detail, punctuality;

- excellent English writing, drafting and oral skills;
