Act as the primary technical liaison for Danish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing comprehensive support
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth implementation of our products
Organize and deliver product training sessions to enhance client knowledge and confidence in using our solutions
Identify, assess, and resolve any technical challenges faced by clients efficiently
Collaboration with internal teams to communicate client feedback for product enhancement
Monitor client success metrics and maintain relationships through regular follow-up communication
Stay current on industry trends and product updates in order to provide meaningful insights to clients
Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written
Experience in technical account management, customer service, or a related field
Strong technical background with knowledge of software solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented mindset
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to fulfilling client needs
A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a team setting
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success metrics is beneficial
