We strive to deliver quality software solutions for top clients and global leaders in numerous industries, while at the same time being at the forefront of research and innovation.The PositionAthens Technology Center is looking for a qualified Machine Learning Engineer to join our R&D department. You will be member of a cross-functional Agile team consisting of ML engineers, software developers and DevOps specialists. You will be involved in designing, deploying, maintaining and optimizing ML solutions in the scope of both research and commercial projects. This includes predictive analytics, anomaly detection, pattern recognition and supervised/unsupervised modelling regarding streaming and text processing using cutting edge technologies.Responsibilities

Keep track of latest AI research relevant to our business domain
Design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems
Design, implement and test technical solutions in backend
Implementing appropriate ML algorithms
Prepare technical, operational and user related documentation in support of applications

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written
2+ years working experience in relevant position
Relevant experience in the fields of Machine Learning and Neural Networks
Understanding of modern API design and RESTful principles
Familiarity with Git version control system

Additional experience in any of the following fields is a plus

Experience building AI models in platforms such as Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Relevant experience in the fields of Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning
Relevant experience with Large Language models and Transformers
Specialized knowledge in working with cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models and Transformers, demonstrating a commitment to staying at the forefront of advancements in the field.
Prior hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience in Cloud Platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Agile and Scrum methodologies
