- Assist in providing technical solutions for cement and concrete-related issues.
- Help establish and maintain relationships with customers and key prospects.
- Support in maintaining customer satisfaction through prompt communication and responsiveness.
- Assist in handling inquiries, queries, and complaints related to cement products, coordinating with the Customer Technical Support Department.
- Contribute to monitoring concrete products' performance and report any deviations.
- Support the development and implementation of measures for final products and production procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn and understand the guidelines of Concrete Technology Regulation and European Regulations for cement and concrete.
- Assist in analyzing industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Help in reporting on competitive activity, projects, market share, and the distribution of cement types.
- Degree in Civil, Mining & Metallurgical Engineering, Geology, Chemistry or related field
- Experience in the concrete products or concrete construction industries, or a related field.
- Familiarity with concrete works, maintenance, and finishes is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of concrete testing and quality control procedures.
- Interest in learning about cement standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
- Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).
