Actionline is seeking a Financial Advisor on behalf of a major client, an independent domestic Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Servicer, based in Marousi.As a Financial Advisor, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. The position requires courtesy, strong communication skills, and a client-focused approach.It’s essential to remain calm and professional during challenging conversations with customers.In return, the role offers excellent prospects for career development within a structured and modern setting.📝 Key Responsibilities:

Inbound/Outbound communication with bank debtors.
Identification of customer's needs and payment ability.
Provide advisory support to clients on debt repayment strategies.
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

✅ Required Qualifications: * Proven professional experience in a similar role in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer.

Excellent command of the English language.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines.
Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask.

🎁 The company offers: * Monthly gross salary: €1.400 - €1.700

Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
