In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to strengthen client relationships and contribute to an exceptional service experience.As a Client Support Specialist, you will be tasked with resolving client issues, providing knowledgeable product information, and fostering a positive experience for each client. Our company thrives on teamwork and dedication, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering top-notch customer service.Responsibilities

Assist clients in Spanish via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
Effectively resolve client inquiries and concerns related to our products and services
Keep accurate records and document interactions in our CRM system
Work closely with other departments to address more complex client issues
Educate clients on how to effectively use our offerings to maximize their benefits
Collect and relay client feedback to drive service improvements
Uphold a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy at all times

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
Strong proficiency in communication and relationship-building
Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
Prior experience with customer support software would be an advantage
