This role will enable you to promote responsible practices across all aspects of the business and act as PMO for company-wide ESG actions. Furthermore, you will monitor progress, achievements, and areas for improvement in relation to measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, track and report on the company’s ESG performance actively participating in reporting activities in terms of regulatory compliance and business-driven initiatives and identify and assess ESG-related risks that could affect the company's operations, or financial performance in support of strategic planning activities.What you will do:

Execute the company's ESG plan, aligning it with business objectives and long-term goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to integrate ESG considerations into overall business planning
Act as PMO in the implementation of the company’s sustainability initiatives
Establish/Monitor/Update key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track ESG performance. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Report on ESG performance. Prepare and submit relevant ESG reports & internal documentation
Identify and assess ESG-related risks and opportunities that may impact the company's performance
Stay up-to-date with the evolving ESG regulations and standards
Communicate with authorities, when required
Maintain comprehensive records of the department’s documentation and correspondence
Analyze and proposes improvements and innovative practices in the section’s operation
Prepare presentations and corporate communication material

What you need to be successful:

A BSc in Engineering, Economics or Environmental Science
Relevant post-graduate degree in Sustainable Development, Sustainable Business, Energy/Environmental Management is considered an asset
At least 2 years relevant working experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies
Familiarity with relevant ESG reporting frameworks and standards
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge in Data analysis tools and database management
Understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues related to the energy industry
Attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess ESG factors related to the energy industry
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation and reporting skills
Continuous learning
