As a CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing CRM campaigns for some of the most distinguished brands in the Greek market.Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a CRM or digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience in executing omni-channel CRM campaigns and solid understanding of CRM trends and best practices.
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Contact Pigeon, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics, Moosend, etc.).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and web analytics platforms will be considered a plus.
- Good understanding of customer metrics (acquisition rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc.).
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Play a strategic role in CRM management to build loyalty, increase lifetime value, and reduce churn rate by engaging customers with the most targeted, relevant, and personalized content at each stage of their lifecycle.
- Develop and execute data driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS/Viber, push notifications); be responsible for scheduling, sending, editing & testing CRM campaigns while ensure campaign’s layout, design and overall content are optimized for best results per channel.
- Identify & analyze users’ behavior patterns, build customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing, design ongoing communications plans targeted to those segments.
- Manage CRM data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper segmentation.
- Design and implement customer journeys, including lifecycle communications and loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Track customer/business KPIs and and overall performance, working with brand stakeholders to identify the performance drivers and ideate actionable next steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
