- Define and drive the overall Division media strategy based on CDMO and division zone frame, including media guidelines, knowledge of partnerships, media conditions, innovation for media magic
- With the support of Media Lead secure the excellence in execution of all full funnel media campaigns including Search, retail media and boosted advocacy
- Work closely with Commercial for eRetailer JBP, Hero SKU strategy, and Retail (O+O) media tech maximization
- Set B2B CRM Vision & Strategy of our salons & stylists data to ensure personalized interactions through value added O+O omnichannel activations to drive engagement and incremental revenue
- Drive the “DDX for business” agenda, valorizing our 1P & 2P data on its usage across media, direct & indirect channels, in alignment with CDMO strategy prioritizing business-driving use cases
- Develop the A&I strategy to cultivate the hair communities and own the hair conversations (B2C/B2B) in alignment with CDMO L'Oreal Hellas to secure brand & category performance
- Oversee and drive operational excellence to secure alignment in Golden rules and compliance with group guidelines while driving ROI mindset and data driven decision making
- Build strong local digital-first culture for PPD & own the local digital upskilling plan (with GM/HR)
- Support the digitalization of salons with an aim to create a culture of advocacy and the development of a digital skillset that will support their business
- Drive the change. Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends. Animate & upskill the teams with those possibilities always aligned with country priorities
- Secure platforms excellence (B2C/B2B) and brand image across digital touchpoints
- Be the guardian on all CDMO compliance related topics ie.GR, GDPR, IP rights
- Be the key point of contact for seamless cooperation with external partners in related priorities
- 10+ years of relevant experience in with focus on Digital/eCom/Marketing
- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Digital expertise and proven expertise in digital platforms & tech ecosystems
- Team engagement and ability to lead and develop others
- Strong stakeholder management focusing on upskilling & knowledge sharing
- Skilled in multi discipline stakeholder management & co-operation
- Experience in setting the local digital strategy & acceleration roadmap
- Entrepreneurial spirit, fostering fast & effective collaboration between all functions
- Excellent command of Greek & English Language (written & verbal)
