Do you have experience in Business Analysis?Do you have previous experience in the banking sector?Are you interested in taking your next step as a part of financial projects?ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Business Analyst.Our client is a well-established Greek company offering Business Consulting and Services to major clients within the banking and financial sector, and strong presence in Southeastern Europe.📌 Location: Athens (city center)📍 Working Model: Hybrid🖋️You will be reporting to: Senior Business Analyst / Project ManagerWhat you will do:You will be performing business analysis on process optimization requirements, suggesting proposals for new actions according to business needs, and supporting the business in its effort for continuous improvement.More specifically, you will be:

Supporting discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements
Participating at the Operational Model design which is required for the implementation of projects, as well as the Transformation plan of the company
Recording requirements & composing documents for the development of new implementations or optimization of existing ones
Working closely with relevant stakeholders internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the implementation of RPA processes
Creating detailed reports, including the requested KPIs, and designing process diagrams
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems (either functional or performance related)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or any related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis
Knowledge of Retail Banking products and procedures
Familiarity with SQL and RPA software will be considered a strong asset
Working knowledge of collection systems
Business acumen and business/data analysis skills
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite
