- Achieve sales, profitability, and pipeline targets for the health segment across Greece.
- Develop new business opportunities with healthcare institutions and grow existing accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with physiotherapists, clinic directors, medical practitioners, and other health-sector stakeholders.
- Conduct frequent field visits and maintain a high frequency of client engagement, ensuring strong market coverage and presence.
- Plan and execute regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits to build trust and credibility.
- Ensure systematic use of CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and customer insights, with disciplined tracking against quarterly targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, providing input into product development and market strategy.
- Work closely with marketing and digital teams to generate qualified leads and ensure effective market penetration.
- Drive consultative selling, tailoring Technogym solutions to client needs (rehabilitation, recovery, preventive health).
- Collaborate with other LOBs (Corporate & Performance, Hospitality, Home) to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent the brand at relevant conferences, workshops, and industry events to strengthen Technogym's position in the health community.
- Support clients in identifying growth opportunities such as evolving from patient treatment into member-based fitness and wellness services.
- Contribute to building the future Health team by supporting best practices, mentoring colleagues informally, and being ready to take on leadership responsibilities as the business grows.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Management, Sports Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the health sector (e.g. physiotherapy, recovery centers, rehabilitation, elder care, medical equipment, or wellness solutions).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling solutions and managing complex sales cycles.
- Consultative selling approach with strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical/clinical needs into commercial opportunities.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Greece.
- Previous experience mentoring colleagues, leading small projects, or exposure to people management is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using design/configuration tools (e.g. pCon) to prepare layouts or 3D visualizations for clients.
- Passion for wellness, health, and fitness, with a genuine interest in promoting active and preventive lifestyles.
- Empathetic and able to build credibility with health professionals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in achieving goals.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- High ethical standards and customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance field presence with pipeline and CRM discipline.
