Find out more: Homepage |We are looking for a talented & passionate Digital Content Specialist for the E-Commerce Department, who will be based in Kolonos, Athens. The role will act as the Digital Content Specialist for the JD Sports brand In Greece.Responsibilities:

Manage content production to ensure on-time onboarding of products, including daily website checks, product descriptions & attributes and CRO/UX assessments to optimize performance and user journey.
Support campaign and promotional launches by ensuring content readiness, alignment with key messaging, and timely publication across relevant digital channels.
Collaborate with in-house and international cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial, design) to ensure content visibility, accurate linking, timely delivery of creative assets, and smooth rollout of website changes (e.g., menus, filters).
Coordinate weekly KPI reporting, leveraging analytics and content platforms to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and present findings to international teams.
Proactively multitask and problem-solve, manage ongoing tasks and special projects, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and mitigate content-related risks.

Requirements

Experience in Content; preferably in retail industry

Must be fluent in English written and orally;
Advanced knowledge of Excel and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience using analytic tools such as google analytics
Time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and achieve deadlines
Ability to work cross functionally and multitask
Good communication skills, a proactive approach and a “can do” attitude
