Engage with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their entertainment requests and preferences.
Offer tailored recommendations on entertainment options and services to enhance client experiences.
Organize and manage bookings for a variety of entertainment experiences, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Address and resolve any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding their bookings with courtesy and efficiency.
Keep abreast of current entertainment trends and local regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and a positive brand experience.
Collaborate with the team to enhance existing services and introduce innovative entertainment options.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the entertainment industry is a plus.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
