You will have the opportunity to utilise the full range of your animation and design skills as you support the needs of the team and work alongside a great team of people. We work as part of cross functional teams located in Greece, London, Ireland and Chicago.Key Accountabilities and Duties:

Engage with and learn our key pipeline software Adobe suite (An, Ai, Ps, Ae), Esoteric Spine & Cinema 4D.
Design & Animate marketing material (banners, game badges, promotional videos / statics)
Export, optimise and organise game assets for animation and delivery.
Organise and restructure existing files to modern standards, focusing on maximising reusability.
Support the design team to develop and maintain our Game Design System to ensure re-usability, efficiency and clarity between team, engineers and clients.
Research and engage with Instant Win Games / gaming products
Work closely with Game/Animation Designers, Product Managers, Marketing and Engineering teams to deliver the best quality games
Attend and contribute to weekly meetings
Give and receive critical design feedback to improve the quality of our work

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:

Some professional experience with animation software, Adobe Creative Suite and Digital Drawing Pipelines
A portfolio of work which evidences key design and animation skills in relation to the role.
Experience working in 2D art style or Graphic design
Experience in working with 2D Mobile and / or Web Games is a nice to have
Understanding of layout design and knowledge applying UI/UX principles in game design.
Organise and prioritise work effectively, able to adjust in a changing environment
A desire to learn new skills and develop your existing skill set
Have a creative eye, artistic aptitude and attention to detail
A creative thinker who can imagine interesting and exciting concepts
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a positive/professional manner
Εnjoy working collaboratively
Able to work in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects and as part of a highly skilled team
Positive attitude and good sense of humour
