- Leads the supply chain & Logistics team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Directs and coordinates external supply chain & field service vendors through strategy, resources optimization and KPIs resulting in the maximization of network satisfaction.
- Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of network demands.
- Manages, plan and oversee the effective, on time, on budget and within qualitative indicators, the supply of the entire network, meaning more than 3.500 stores across Greece. Moreover, the coordination of more than 5 contractors in the fields of Transportation, Storage, Picking, Staging and H/W repair.
- Proposes the operational budget of the team and upon approval handles its accurate execution, implementing corrective actions to control or reduce cost.
- Approves and monitors the accurate execution of the logistics and installation plan for the HW equipment of HW (e.g. VLT, SSBT, digital signage equipment) and consumables (e.g. (slips, coupons, thermal paper, player cards)
- Works directly with Retail, Product & Network Development department to determine most effective distribution solutions for Technical Equipment to company's network.
- Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses (3PL) to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
- Works with field service and transportation vendors to ensure all required service levels are met (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements).
- Collaborates with procurement department to determine best practices and models for distribution optimization
- Supports proper utilization of ABERON & WMS systems from team members and vendors
- Responsible to routinely report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience
- Certification as supply chain professional (CSCP) is considered as a plus
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
- Excellent MS Office knowledge & ERP related systems
- Fluency in English

- 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience
- University degree
