City: Kavala Date: 2 Apr 2024 Summary Energean is seeking to employ an HR & Payroll Administrator for our plant in Kavala. The role will be involved with the daily functions of the HR department including administering payroll related activities, benefits, and leave, hiring staff, supporting training initiatives for employees, and implementing company policies and practices. The role will support and maintain the organization’s HR Information Systems (Pylon Epsilonnet and SAP SuccessFactors). Key Accountabilities Monitors the employee time attendance daily, collects & files the necessary documentation (absences, illnesses, parental leave, etc.). Manages all "ERGANI" platform processes, including but not limited to work schedules, shift changes, overtimes, leaves and absences, new hires, and departures, liaising with the payroll provider. Update and maintain data into HR databases and software programs (Pylon Epsilonnet and SAP SuccessFactors). Administers and executes human resource activities including but not limited to compensation, benefits, training, and development. Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, employment data and other key details. Drafts certificates and letters relating to personnel matters. Provides support to employees in various HR-related requests and resolves any issues that may arise. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Prepares records, reporting, and other documentation as required. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in human resources, and employment law. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/ payroll/ administrative position. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, excel, word). Strong English and Greek communication skills, both written and oral. Experience with HR information Systems, payroll, and time attendance systems. Knowledge of “ERGANI” Information System. Skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High numerical aptitude and focus on detail. Self-motivated and open to new challenges. Strong focus on delivery and results. Knowledge of Greek employment-related laws and regulations.
