- Lead the firm’s growth strategy, identifying opportunities and potential partners in the Greek, MENA and European markets
- Attend meetings (in-person and online) and represent INTERWEAVE in a sharp, strategic, and engaging manner
- Proactively bring in qualified leads and build relationships with prospects and partners
- Oversee and optimise our digital funnel, collaborating with strategy and performance teams to align automation and content
- Scope client needs, write proposals and craft tailored solutions, this is a core skill and a key success factor for the role
- Write thought leadership content (LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies) to build INTERWEAVE’s visibility and credibility
- Manage our community building activities and our communications activities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in positioning, pricing, and project pipeline
- Stay up to date with industry shifts, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding, digital, and communications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, client services or strategic growth roles
- A background in consulting firms, creative/digital agencies, software houses or B2B service-based startups
- Proven success in scoping and converting complex B2B opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Familiarity lead gen tools
- Familiarity with funnel automation platforms
- Experience in crafting proposals, budgets, and presentations that win hearts and minds
- An understanding of the consulting services landscape
- An understanding of the creative and digital services landscape, from brand strategy and design to marketing and technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic is a plus
- A collaborative spirit, but also the confidence to take the lead and run with it
- Availability to travel within Greece, MENA and Europe as needed
- Excellent presentation skills
