Our major offices are in Sweden (HQ), Greece, India, Canada, Poland and Uruguay with the Athens office being one of the largest, hosting around 640 employees working from the center of Athens for the rest of the world.Position summaryB2B Payments is a value stream at Etraveli Group’s FinTech division, dedicated to strengthening the company’s competitive edge by optimizing the business value derived from outbound payments to airlines.The Partnerships team sources and manages payments services that enable B2B Payment product capabilities through optimized, automated, and real-time payouts — all at the scale demanded by a global leader in air travel distribution.The Specialist in the B2B Payments Partnerships team, is responsible for ensuring that sourced services are efficiently onboarded, operated, and fully leveraged to support Etraveli Group’s business model.Moreover, the team ensures compliance with contractual agreements, monitors partner performance, and maintains accurate partnership documentation. Additionally, the Specialist supports business case validation with business analytics and fosters relationship development through effective communication. They are the primary liaison for partners, overseeing the onboarding process and managing operational issues.Responsibilities
  • Take an active part in the evolution of the B2B Payments ecosystem of banks, fintechs, card schemes, and other payment service providers to align with and support the B2B Payment product mission.
  • Manage a portfolio of sourced payment products and services, driving their utilization, and continuous optimization.
  • Act as the relationship counterpart to the partners' account manager to maintain a healthy relationship and manage ongoing operational issues.
  • Conduct periodic controls to ensure alignment between expected and actual results, and monitor contractual commitments.
  • Contribute to the generation of insights that provide actionable recommendations to support ad-hoc business cases and decision-making.
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners and ensure a seamless introduction of their products.
  • Maintain up-to-date relationship information such as documentation for contract, implementation details and notification management.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on each partner’s product, process, reporting, data definitions, and management systems to ensure smooth interoperability with internal operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Technology, Science or other relevant field.
  • 2-3 years work experience in Product Management, Business Operations, Vendor/Partner Relations, or Service Enablement, within a technology-driven company, involving external partners or platforms.
  • Experience working with data to support decision-making, reporting, or performance monitoring.
  • Confident in written and verbal communication in English, particularly in a business context and when interacting with external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
  • Exposure to using BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) for business reporting.
  • Experience managing task timelines, coordinating across functions, or supporting implementation processes.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on keeping processes moving efficiently.
  • Capacity to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.
  • High level of responsibility & integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes.
