- Maintain a deep understanding of boutique merchandise, including product features, brand stories, and seasonal collections.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the boutique.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, organization, and visual merchandising to maintain an elegant and inviting store atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel guests and VIP clientele to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to promote boutique offerings and exclusive promotions.
- Assist in organizing in-store events and seasonal promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Uphold luxury brand standards and ensure that the boutique environment reflects the hotel’s high-quality service ethos.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end sales roles (1–2 years minimum preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Passion for luxury products, fashion, and delivering premium service experiences.

- Ability to meet sales goals and work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office).
