Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce energy solutions and services
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to identify their energy needs
Provide product information and answer inquiries effectively
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
Document and manage customer interactions in our CRM system
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with team members to enhance sales techniques and strategies
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and strong proficiency in English
Proven experience in sales, preferably in outbound sales or telemarketing
Outstanding communication and persuasion skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
Basic technical skills with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus but not mandatory
