- Project Management: Respond to client briefs by conducting research and developing comprehensive plans, branding proposals, budgets, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Handle client communications and coordinate with third parties. Work closely with the Account Director on a day-to-day basis to cultivate strong, enduring relationships with multinational clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Campaign Ideation: Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and creative ideas for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Data & Insights: Analyze campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing reports to optimize future initiatives.
- AI Tools & Innovation: Explore and leverage emerging tools—such as AI-powered content generation, prompt engineering, or analytics solutions—to enhance campaign development and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Communications, or Business Administration.
- 1–2 years of experience in the communications field, with emphasis on below-the-line activities and event management within an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and a solid understanding of digital communication principles, including social media.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Greek.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new insights.
