As a Digital Content Specialist, you will ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of our digital content across multiple digital touchpoints. - Edit, proofread, plan and publish digital content across AEGEAN's websites and App, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Write and refine clear, engaging, and user-centric content to enhance the digital customer journey
- Create optimized content for search engines by applying keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, and structured content strategies to improve search rankings and visibility
- Conduct detailed content inventories and audits to identify gaps, outdated information and usability issues
- Recommend enhancements to improve content structure, navigation and performance
- Use basic HTML, CSS, and JSON to support content formatting, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with development teams on digital implementation
- Liaise with internal teams such as product, marketing, legal, UX/UI, development and external partners to ensure seamless execution of content updates
- Analyze competitor strategies and stay up to date with digital content trends, tools and emerging technologies to support innovation and business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Technologies or in a relevant field of studies
- 2 - 4 years of professional working experience in a similar role
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
- Solid understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, and web development tools
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in implementing SEO strategies
- Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders
- Displaying passion for creating and delivering innovative ideas and experiences
