Role Summary Pfizer’s Enabling Functions Hubs serve to bring internal professional services such as Finance, HR, Digital, and Sourcing together into a consolidated and simplified shared services structure. Colleagues in the Enabling Functions Hubs execute end-to-end operational activities that can be standardized and scaled for greater enterprise synergies and effectiveness. The work managed from these hubs will evolve and expand over time as Enabling Functions continue to evaluate their go-forward delivery model. With an established community and evolving support model, Pfizer’s Enabling Functions Hubs are dynamic and energizing places to work. Colleagues with diverse capabilities across multiple functions are co-located to facilitate greater colleague collaboration, new ways of working, and enhanced simplification through more integrated end-to-end solutions. Pfizer operates Enabling Functions Hubs in six strategic locations: Memphis, Tennessee, USA; Tampa, Florida, USA; San Jose, Costa Rica; Dublin, Ireland; Thessaloniki, Greece; and Dalian, China. This role is part of the HR Core Services group responsible for designing, executing and administrating HR global processes related to the full employee lifecycle excluding recruitment. Additionally, the HR Core Services group is accountable for the delivery of HR Core services provided by IBM, our business process outsourcer. Why Patients Need You Pfizer’s Colleague/ HR Shared Services GBS (Global Business Services) team is comprised of dedicated, solution oriented and agile colleagues who think big and challenge the status quo. In this position, reporting to the Sr. Manager, GBS HR, Core Services, Regional Process & Optimization, you will design and optimize regional and local HR processes taking into consideration best practices, market differences and local requirements while collaborating with various markets within region and shared services colleagues within GBS HR, making work easier and faster, so we can deliver breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. What you will achieve Research new technologies to optimize regional and local HR tools as well as provide suggestions on system enhancements Utilize BI tools and technologies to design and implement automations and projects (RPA, RDA) Create new solutions, design and run from conception to production Turn manual Core Services processes into simple and lean automated solutions Perform data analysis and reporting as needed Ensure data accuracy, compliance and consistency on all end-to-end process automations Provide training as needed when optimizing processes and reinforce change management mindset to all stakeholders involved Conduct root cause analysis to identify opportunities to improve standardization and efficiency Self initiate ad-hoc data analysis to provide further recommendations as necessary Must Have Degree in a business related field Minimum 2 years of experience in working in various Information Technology projects Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express technical concepts in business terms Strong experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Power automate, Power BI) Experience working with PM tools (MIRO, JIRA, Kanban boards, Microsoft PM tool, etc.) Experience with process automation tools (RPA, RDA) Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) with colleagues at all levels of the organization Ability to apply tools to HR processes and implement technical optimizations Ability to perform root cause analysis, data analytics and resolve process-related issues Results-oriented with a strong drive to accomplish objectives and meet high standards Nice to have Exposure to HR processes previously BPMN process modeling experience Experience with Visio or other process mapping software
