- Support the Head of IT in developing and implementing the company's IT strategy.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of IT systems including ERP/SAP, Retail POS systems, WMS, CRM, e-commerce, and retail applications.
- Manage service requests and incident resolution from stores, warehouses, and headquarters, ensuring prioritization and timely delivery.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor IT projects (store rollouts, logistics systems, customer service platforms, infrastructure upgrades).
- Ensure business continuity, system security, and adherence to IT governance best practices.
- Act as the key liaison between IT and business functions (Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, HR) to identify needs and deliver solutions.
- Manage and develop the IT team (technical support, system administrators, developers, operators), fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop & monitor IT KPIs, project budgets, and vendor SLAs to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies to enhance customer experience and support retail excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within retail or FMCG industry.
- Experience in Management of logistics center and customer service would be considered a plus.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), WMS, POS, and omnichannel platforms.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud applications, and cybersecurity.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
