This role focuses on continuous improvement, aiming to enhance the overall product experience, increase user satisfaction and engagement, improve retention, and strengthen our competitive advantage.As a Product Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:Product Experience Optimization
  • Define and evolve the product experience roadmap in alignment with business goals, user needs, and market trends;
  • Ensure a consistent and user-centric experience across all touchpoints;
  • Manage the backlog, key priorities, and plan for the future.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, CX, and Customer Support teams to deliver seamless experiences;
  • Act as the voice of the user within cross-functional teams.
User Insights & Feedback Loops
  • Gather and analyze user feedback (quantitative & qualitative) to identify pain points and improvement opportunities;
  • Translate insights into actionable plans that improve satisfaction and engagement.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and agile iteration;
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance product usability and functionality.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Leverage key metrics to measure experience success (e.g., NPS, CSAT, retention, engagement);
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust initiatives to improve outcomes continuously.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed about product experience initiatives, priorities, and outcomes;
  • Create clear documentation and presentations to communicate vision, progress, and impact.
Market Awareness & Benchmarking
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies;
  • Benchmark experiences against market leaders to identify gaps and opportunities.
Change Management & Enablement
  • Support the rollout of new features, updates, or changes by ensuring internal teams are aligned and enabled;
  • Drive adoption of new experiences through internal education and user communication.
What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of working as a product owner or in a related field in a technological environment or with software products;
  • Solid agile and project management experience;
  • Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams;
  • Experience working with design teams, understanding UX fundamentals, and skills in wireframing are valued;
  • A good understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture is considered a plus.
