- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Leading a team of Business Development Executives, daily monitoring their progress, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients, the person who loves creating business cases in power points.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management, working with productivity tools and software.
- Strong sales skills for generating leads, advanced negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical & numerical thinking to execute commercial analysis and forecasting (excel lover).
- Advanced user of power point and other presentation tools for creation of sales pitches.
- People management experience is a must with an ability to recruit, train and motivate Business Development Executives.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organization skills.
- A thirst for active participation in events, an outgoing enthusiast.
