- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all guest bookings
- Manage a team of reservation agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the reservations process
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's properties, amenities, and services in order to effectively assist guests with their bookings
- Monitor reservation trends and data to identify opportunities for maximizing revenue and occupancy
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination of guest bookings and special requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of reservation systems and hotel operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
