As a Business Consultant, you will be part of our Enablement Office team in Athens and you'll play a crucial part in supporting commercial, technical projects and initiatives.A Day in the Life of a Business Consultant at Qualco will include:

Support the Enablement Office in organizing and executing strategic business projects;
Support business analysis and requirements gathering and documentation;
Structure ambiguous problems and orchestrate people to solve them ;
Assist and contribute to identifying the best solution, offering business consulting to increase the impact of project implementation;
Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution;
Manage programs and projects across different units of the organization;
Gather and identify risks along with several stakeholders, and facilitate the preparation of response plan;
Act as a focal point between different departments within the company and relevant third parties;
·Ensure project compliance, run risk analysis assessment for specific projects and monitor the agreed response plan;
Define, design and develop business processes in cooperation with relevant business owners;
Assist in performance improvement in various functions of the organization.
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:What we are looking for

A very good educational background, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operational Research, Finance, Economics, or any other related field;
MBA will be considered as an extra asset;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business consulting, project management and business process improvement;
Project management experience;
Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills;
Ability to understand the business perspective and challenge status quo when needed
Excellent communication, presentation skills and interpersonal abilities, in addition to business acumen;
Highly motivated, attention to detail and high level of ownership;
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite;
Fluency in English and Greek.
