We are looking for a highly-motivated “Junior Recruiter” to join our team! Communication and negotiation skills are your strong assets. If so, we’d love to chat!You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, undertaking end -to -end recruitment projects for various clients. Our mission is clear: to match the perfect candidate with the right job!A day at work:You will:👉 Participate in all recruiting activities to include: job description creation, sourcing, advertising positions, screening, phone interviewing, interviews and hires in order to fulfill the timely placement of our projects👉Develop and manage a network of IT active and passive candidates and grow it👉Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients as well as with candidatesRequirements

Bachelor’s or/ and Master’s degree of HR and IT related fields will be considered as an asset.

Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience related with screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for Technology roles through a Technology/Consulting organization
Experience in recruitment processes and platforms
Fluency in English

Personal characteristics:

Excellent communication skills

Organizational, planning and time management skills
Very good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both logically and creatively.
Self-motivation with the desire to deliver high quality results within the agreed timelines
