- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Analyze sales performance data, trends and KPIs
- Support forecasting processes and revenue planning
- Ensure data integrity and optimal usage of CRM systems
- Maintain user access, workflows, and reports
- Evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and alignment with commercial strategy
- Implement automation where possible in order processing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices across the teams that are involved in execution of sales.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for sales reviews, KPIs meetings, and business planning
- Support contract workflows and pricing reviews
- Liaise with Marketing for performance analysis and marketing activities (participation in events, exhibitions etc.).
- Coordinate with Finance on commission schemes, pricing validation, and sales reconciliations
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Commercial roles
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
- Prior involvement in supporting B2B sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
- Fluency in English and Greek (oral and written)
- Advanced MS Office user
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
