Together we grow as individuals, as teams and as an organization.Position summaryThe Junior Retail HR Business Partner will support and ensure the implementation of Nespresso human resource strategy in our Nespresso Boutiques Retail Team. Working closely with our Retail team you will be regarded as an expert in the field of People Performance and HR practices, driving the people agenda, while ensuring that the organization is equipped with the required capabilities, contributing to the ongoing development of our retail talents. In collaboration with HRBP and the HR Team, you will run the daily functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, compensation & benefits, performance management, team development, corporate social responsibility projects, internal communication and application of company policies and practices.A day in the life …
  • Contribute to the execution of the HR strategic plans through the creation and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop, and retain employees. Promote and foster a culture and environment in line with the Nestlé principles.
  • Provide everyday coaching to Nespresso Boutique managers on a variety of topics including employee relations, policy interpretation and application, talent management, development, and organizational design consultation.
  • Assist Nespresso Boutique managers in talent acquisition and recruitment process, while interviewing job applicants and making recommendations regarding applicants' qualifications.
  • Coordinate the staffing needs of Nespresso Boutiques Retail teams with external recruiting agencies.
  • Analyze Retail team development needs and run workshops focused on Leadership Capabilities.
The role requires to be close to the Nespresso Boutiques Retail Team and support the Boutique Managers on HR related issues. As such, it requires daily visits to Nespresso Boutiques in Attica, as well as certain business travels in cities, where Nespresso boutiques are operating.What makes you successful
  • BA in HR / Business Studies or relevant field. Postgraduate studies will be considered as an asset but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience on a similar position preferably in a retail company.
  • Strong business and retail understanding.
  • Courage to constructively challenge through effective influencing and collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence and coach people with empathy & integrity.
  • Resilience and continuous improvement mindset.
  • PC literacy and strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
