End-to-end recruitment for the Headquarters in Athens and for the retail stores all over Greece
Plan and execute onboarding activities
Design the Learning and Development strategy
Manage Associate Relations issues
Manage Compensation & Benefits plans in line with the company’s strategy
Reporting all necessary data & insights
Advise and guide Managers in people management
Support discussions of the company’s best practices and change management projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or any other equivalent.
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is a plus
At least 5 to 8 years of previous relevant experience, within retail, particularly in luxury retail products
Proficiency in the English language
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership, solid problem-solving, business acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to share knowledge, confident in talking and presenting in public, in an engaging and informative style
