- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics (preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce).
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R; exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker) and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and statistical modeling (e.g., MMM, Attribution).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe, Salesforce) and machine learning in customer analytics.
- Analyze customer behavior, transactions, and engagement patterns to identify high-value segments, churn risk, and reactivation opportunities; build and maintain segmentation models to support personalization.
- Assess CRM ecosystems (data flows, tech stack, segmentation, consent) to uncover opportunities and improve targeting and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key CRM metrics (CLV, Retention, Churn, NPS, Engagement); conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate campaign and customer engagement impact.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management; collaborate closely with CRM, Key Account, and Creative teams to shape data-driven engagement strategies.
- Support automation of segmentation and real-time dashboards; stay current on trends in customer analytics and AI-powered CRM solutions.
