For one of the biggest names in tech we are looking for Technical support agents. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve technical problems and answer any questions they may have.Our ideal candidate isA natural team player - we believe in supporting and developing our people,Someone who loves to give and receive fantastic customer service - we want you to treat every call, email or social media post as an opportunity to delight our customersTech savvy - you'll be working a lot with consumers with problems relating to mobile devices. You have the ability and will to absorb knowledgeRequired skills

Fluent in Slovak
Working proficiency in English
Experience in Technical Support is preferred
Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
Excellent communication skills
High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, mobile device management
You display of a strong customer focus and promotion of a commitment to excellence
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to show empathy towards customers
You have a positive & flexible attitude
Attendance and punctuality
Ability and will to absorb knowledge
