- Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
- Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
- Excellent communication skills
- High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, mobile device management
- You display of a strong customer focus and promotion of a commitment to excellence
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to show empathy towards customers
- You have a positive & flexible attitude
- Attendance and punctuality
- Ability and will to absorb knowledge
