This brand new role will work, both strategically and hands-on, to further enable and unlock the potential within our organisation. Leading a team of People Partners in the region and reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, you will be a senior advisor and consultant to our business units, ensuring our People initiatives align with and enable our organizational goals. Key markers of success will be improving engagement, enhancing performance, and supporting change across the business as we move to an AI-enabled workforce fit for the future.In the first 12 months, your key mandate will include:
  • Setting up and building out the EMEA People Partnering team.
  • Working closely with other People related functions to redesign and streamline key People processes.
  • Establishing strong partnering relationships with key business leaders across the EMEA region to understand their needs and align People strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering
  • Leverage your professional expertise and market knowledge to inspire, challenge, and coach business leaders in their roles as people managers.
  • Engage with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges. Align our People strategies to support business goals.
  • Become a trusted advisor and sounding board for business leaders on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, PULSE Survey, promotion process and performance management.
  • Support retention strategies to retain top talent.
  • Assist in organizational development initiatives, facilitating change management processes and communication.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure all People practices and behaviours comply with local legal regulations.
  • Prepare relevant People reports for senior management and business partners, propose actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives. Build a data-driven culture within the team.
  • Lead audits related to People.
Collaboration and Leadership
  • Work proactively with other People functions, such as Professional Development and Talent Acquisition, to deliver comprehensive and joined up solutions and service to the business.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline People processes and enhance service delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with managers across Dialectica to foster an entrepreneurial and inclusive culture focused on achieving our business goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a strategic HRBP role.
