- Setting up and building out the EMEA People Partnering team.
- Working closely with other People related functions to redesign and streamline key People processes.
- Establishing strong partnering relationships with key business leaders across the EMEA region to understand their needs and align People strategies.
- Leverage your professional expertise and market knowledge to inspire, challenge, and coach business leaders in their roles as people managers.
- Engage with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges. Align our People strategies to support business goals.
- Become a trusted advisor and sounding board for business leaders on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, PULSE Survey, promotion process and performance management.
- Support retention strategies to retain top talent.
- Assist in organizational development initiatives, facilitating change management processes and communication.
- Ensure all People practices and behaviours comply with local legal regulations.
- Prepare relevant People reports for senior management and business partners, propose actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives. Build a data-driven culture within the team.
- Lead audits related to People.
- Work proactively with other People functions, such as Professional Development and Talent Acquisition, to deliver comprehensive and joined up solutions and service to the business.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline People processes and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with managers across Dialectica to foster an entrepreneurial and inclusive culture focused on achieving our business goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a strategic HRBP role.
