Crew Manager

• Oversee daily crew operations and planning across the company’s fleet
• Ensure timely crew changes in compliance with international regulations and company standards
• Maintain and update crew databases and documentation (certifications, contracts, appraisals, etc.)
• Liaise with manning agents and ensure smooth communication with vessels
• Monitor crew performance, training needs, and welfare
• Manage budgeting and cost control related to crewing activities
• Ensure compliance with MLC, ISM, and other regulatory frameworks

• Minimum 6 years of experience in crew management (preferably in the dry bulk sector)
• Degree in Maritime Studies or relevant field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations
• Experience with crewing software and digital systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Leadership mindset with a hands-on and problem-solving approach
