Operating in six main business pillars, including Port Reception Facilities, Emergency Response Services, Decontamination Services, Renewable Energy, Alternative Fuel Production from Waste, and Technology, we are committed to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.As part of our growing operations we are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Ritsona Facility. The role involves overseeing and coordinating on-site projects, supervising contractors, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and contributing to the daily operations of the facility.Role OverviewReporting to the Plant Manager, the Supervisor will act as a field engineer, ensuring that project execution within the facility meets technical, safety, environmental, and operational standards. This role also includes active participation in day-to-day plant operations, fostering collaboration between teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities * Project Coordination & Supervision

Oversee and coordinate on-site projects within the facility, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Supervise contractors and work crews, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Monitor progress against project schedules, identifying and addressing deviations promptly.
Operational Support

Participate in the daily operation of the facility, assisting with production processes as required.
Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to company policies, environmental regulations, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with work permits, safety protocols, and waste management procedures.
Reporting & Communication

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Facility Manager.
Maintain effective communication between internal teams and external contractors.

RequirementsProfessional Experience

1–2 years’ experience in production operations, project supervision, or project management.
Experience in waste management operations will be considered an asset.

Academic Background & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Languages & Technical Capabilities

Proficient in Greek and English (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and project management tools.
Familiarity with production processes and environmental management practices.
