As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving lead generation and optimizing our sales process.Your daily activities:

Develop a comprehensive plan to reach out to prospects via outbound calls, emails, and social media, ensuring consistent follow-up
Engage with prospects daily to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges, enabling you to tailor your sales approach effectively
Lead Generation: Unleash your persuasive communication skills to identify and engage with potential clients. Through targeted research, cold calling, and networking, you will build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Build your professional network: You will serve as the face of our company, introducing our innovative solutions to key decision-makers and business champions, as such you will get to grow your business acumen through connecting with our potential customers and key industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Take charge of top-of-the-funnel lead generation activities, fueling our sales pipeline

Manage and update all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales Development Manager on special projects such as presentations, sales analyses, and market research
Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities

Requirements:

No prior work experience is required, although B2B sales experience is a definite plus (Saas Solution)
Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek languages
Eagerness to learn and utilize core technology tools
Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
Curiosity and problem-solving mindset to uncover prospect and customer needs
Stable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps
