As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving lead generation and optimizing our sales process.Your daily activities:
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to reach out to prospects via outbound calls, emails, and social media, ensuring consistent follow-up
  • Engage with prospects daily to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges, enabling you to tailor your sales approach effectively
  • Lead Generation: Unleash your persuasive communication skills to identify and engage with potential clients. Through targeted research, cold calling, and networking, you will build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Build your professional network: You will serve as the face of our company, introducing our innovative solutions to key decision-makers and business champions, as such you will get to grow your business acumen through connecting with our potential customers and key industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of top-of-the-funnel lead generation activities, fueling our sales pipeline
  • Manage and update all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales Development Manager on special projects such as presentations, sales analyses, and market research
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
Requirements:
  • No prior work experience is required, although B2B sales experience is a definite plus (Saas Solution)
  • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek languages
  • Eagerness to learn and utilize core technology tools
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
  • Curiosity and problem-solving mindset to uncover prospect and customer needs
  • Stable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps
