- Maintain, manage, build and enhance the company’s direct sales operations in Greece and the South Balkan region, following the company procedures.
- Identify market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
- Provide outstanding customer support.
- Successfully execute a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the renewables energy industry.
- Attend trade shows, conferences and Huawei workshops.
- Other duties as may be required or assigned.
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or similar.
- Experience in PV/Solar field, basic technical knowledge of datacenter technology will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Success-oriented, flexible and a team player.
- Open to frequent business trips in Greece and occasionally abroad.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and dynamic priorities.
