Ella Hotels and Resorts, a new collection of eco-chic hospitality properties, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their team. As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee the inventory and distribution of products at Ella's lifestyle and family resorts at Rhodes. You will work closely with the hotel's operations team to ensure all departments receive the supplies they need to provide exceptional service to guests. This role is critical to maintaining the high-quality standards that Ella Hotels and Resorts is known for in the hospitality industry.Responsibilities

Manage the stock levels of the hotel's products, including but not limited to food and beverage items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
Coordinate with the hotel's purchasing department to maintain appropriate levels of inventory and ensure that products are ordered in a timely manner.
Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure that they meet the hotel's quality standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate records delivery schedules, and product usage.
Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe due to health regulations.
Conduct monthly inventories

Requirements

At least 2 years experience in a similar position in hospitality field.
Computer literacy.
Responsibility and consistency.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Multitasking and great time management.
Ability to work collaboratively with other employees and departments.
