With over 70 years of experience, the company’s passionate team applies its extensive knowledge, as well as the latest available technologies to bring forth a sustainable future, prioritizing environmental protection.Antipollution is a member of V Group, which is a robust Group of Companies with a strong presence and continuous growth in Waste Management, Renewable Energy Sources and Financial Investments.We are growing fast and we are looking for an ERP Architect who will join our knowable IT team and contribute to improving the operational efficiency, optimizing resource utilization and enhancing decision-making.The role is full-time and permanent, based in our Piraeus office, yet some travelling to our international subsidiaries may be required.Role PurposeCollaborating closely with the leadership team, internal IT teams and various business stakeholders, you will be required to consult on, develop, implement and customize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the company and its growing subsidiary in Egypt. You will play a vital role in driving digital transformation of the company and your efforts will contribute to greater transparency and accountability in waste management practices, facilitating data-driven insights that support sustainable decision-making.What you will need to do

Work with existing ERP system (Entersoft) to develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for Entersoft Business Suite Integration in collaboration with talented IT teams across the company/
Collaborate closely with key users and business owners in Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other areas to understand requirement, analyze complex needs, identify pain points, and translate them into efficient functional solutions using the existing Entersoft ERP software

Lead and execute end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including system architectures, business requirements identification, functional and process design, development. prototyping, testing, and support procedure definition

Develop the company’s existing Entersoft ERP environment based on business requirements with the use of Entersoft ERP development tools (Views, Reports workflows, dashboards, OLAP , stack views, timeline, etc.)

Assist in developing processes and procedures that will improve user experience; support the company’s existing Entersoft ERP environment (maintenance, administration troubleshooting, upgrades, etc.)

Drive change as required, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams, including external consultants, developers and project managers to ensure successful implementation, adoption and administration of ERP solutions within project timelines and budget constraints
Provide expert guidance on ERP best practices for optimization and of potential business impact of new technologies/integrations ensuring alignment with business objectives and towards improving efficiencies
Provide training and support to the end-users for the use of ERP
Create as-is and to-be business process flows and blueprints using best practices

What you will need to have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred); any certification in cloud computing, or system architecture would be highly desirable
Proven experience of at least five (5) years in related hands-on experience based on ERP Entersoft platform, including custom configuration and integration; experience in related business sectors such as Waste Management, will be considered a major asset
Successful track record in designing, implementing, and integrating ERP and IT systems, with a particular emphasis on integration and configuration with Entersoft Business Suite platform

Proficient understanding of ERP functionalities and business process in Finance, Procurement, Commercial and how business processes work and integrate in an ERP environment

Proven ability to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that align with business objectives
Experience in defining and implementing coding best practices and streamlining data management process; strong knowledge of SQL database development
Experience with BI and AI tools and/or cloud architecture will be considered a strong asset; familiarity with any reporting tools and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders from different business areas to understand requirements and translate them into effective ERP and IT solutions, leveraging Entersoft technologies
Commitment to staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in ERP and IT systems design and integration, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement and optimization
Proficient in project management methodologies and practices, with the ability to lead IT projects from inception to completion; ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities, employing agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in English language
