- At the top right, click More ⋮ and then Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click "Site settings".
- Click JavaScript.
- Turn on Allowed (recommended).
- Type "about:config" (without quotes) into the address bar and press Enter.
- Click "I'll be careful, I promise" to continue.
- In the search bar, type "javascript.enabled" (without quotes).
- Double-click "javascript.enabled" to change its Value to "true" or Right click and select "Toggle".
- On MacOS click on Safari Menu and select "Preferences…" or click the Gear icon and select "Preferences" if you use Windows.
- In the "Preferences" window select the "Security" tab.
- In the "Security" tab section "Web content" check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
- Tap the More Options (3 lines) menu button at the bottom right.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down the page and tap on "Sites and Notifications".
- Toggle on JavaScript to enable it.
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls or emails providing accurate, satisfactory answers to customers’ queries and requests
- Complete customers’ requests in due time and with a focus on quality
- Manage customers’ complaints via phone with patience and empathy
- Guide customers through processes, products, or services (troubleshooting, navigating the company site etc.)

- Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus.
- Fluent Greek speaking skills
- Good knowledge of English language (oral & written)
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications
- A positive attitude, empathy, high work- ethic
- Customer service orientation, attention to detail
- Ability to work on flexible shifts
- Knowledge of an extra language will be considered an asset.
- Car rental/leasing knowledge will be considered an asset.
