- Organize, monitor, and continuously optimize all logistics and warehouse processes (receipts, handling, inventory management).
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Sales departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Oversee and ensure proper use of material management systems (ERP/WMS).
- Analyze KPIs, prepare regular reports, and propose process improvements.
- Coordinate and supervise annual and periodic inventories.
- University/Technical University degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a computerized warehouse environment.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP or WMS systems.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Native-level knowledge of Greek.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Valid Category B driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
