- Creates the annual Business Plan from Channel perspective for Modern & Fragmented trade, shaping the vision based on relevant customer and market/consumer insights
- Works closely with E-commerce team to ensure omnichannel presence
- Prepares Monthly & Quarter reviews, highlighting core insights and specific action plan; presents to Senior Leadership team
- Aligns with Revenue Growth Management team on promo mechanics and partners with Sales for executing those
- Manages Promo budget & Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) for both Channels, ensuring compliance & effective control
- Cascades Channel marketing plans to Sales teams
- Spends significant amount of time in the market, observing, translating & bringing the outside
- Translates & commercializes Marketing activity calendar into specific Channel activations and platforms
- Ensures disciplined execution of channels' calendar by ensuring full sync with sales calendars
- Works closely with planning teams to ensure production readiness, aligned with Channel calendar
- Actively searches for best practices and ideas from other industries for re-applying them in the category & Channels of responsibility
- Tracks Channels' performance constantly and proposes on-going mitigation actions

- BSc holder, MSc in relevant field or MBA would be considered a plus
- Fluent English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Commercial Departments
