Scope: Greece, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria & Cyprus
Reporting to: Compressor Technique Regional General Manager SEE
Team: 1 x SEE HR Specialist based in RomaniaYour RoleStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies that align with Atlas Copco's vision and local regulations. Guide regional HR operations to support business goals.Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment efforts, nurture employee growth, and manage relations to ensure we have the best team in place.Compensation & Benefits: Create fair and competitive salary structures, ensure accurate payroll, and oversee social benefits across the region.Safety & Compliance: Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.HR Reporting: Provide insightful HR reports to guide decision-making and strategy.Employer Branding: Enhance our reputation as an employer of choice through effective branding initiatives.To succeed, you will need

Experience: At least five years of HR experience, with strong expertise in strategic leadership, employee relations, and recruitment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics; Master's in Human Resource Management.Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. Proficiency in English and advanced PC literacy. Native in Greek.Attributes: A dynamic, proactive attitude with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
