- Actively contributes to the planning and implementation of The Home Project’s strategy, aligning the Organization’s operations accordingly
- Oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of Programs, providing strategic direction based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Leads teams by fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism. Oversees and supports the Human Resources Department on strategic and day-to-day matters
- Works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to develop and monitor budgets. Approves expenditures, monitors costs, and ensures sound management of public and private funds
- Ensures compliance with legal and tax frameworks (in collaboration with legal advisors)
- Oversees the operation of the Child Protection Unit (CPU) and shelters, ensuring the quality of child protection services in accordance with THP standards and Ministry decisions.
- Represents the Organization in meetings with Ministries, donors, NGO working groups, and events. Cultivates relationships with existing and potential donors and supporters.
- Ensures organizational compliance with funders’ requirements, state regulations, and policy frameworks.
- University degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or Business Administration
- Specialization or postgraduate degree will be considered an additional asset
- At least 5 years of experience in the philanthropic or social sector in managerial or senior administrative positions
- Excellent command of Greek and English (C2 level), both spoken and written
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Ability to build and manage effective interpersonal relationships
