This role is not just about answering questions - it is about creating memorable experiences. You will connect with customers, advising them on the right styles, guiding them in their choices, and making sure every interaction is both personal and inspiring.What Sets You Apart

Fluency in French and English
High school diploma (or equivalent)
6-12 months of customer service or retail experience (call center experience is a strong asset)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to stay professional under pressure and adapt quickly
A strong passion for style, fashion, and premium brands, with the confidence to give advice and inspire customers
