Flexopack, a leading industrial company, based in Koropi, Attica, wishes to hire for permanent full-time cooperation, a highly motivated employee as:Distribution OfficerJob Description:· Organize and execute Distribution Plan in cooperation with factory departments for both Domestic and Exports market.· Create Delivery Dockets and Invoices & arrange all the formalities for Delivery.· Communicate with Tax clearance agents to complete necessary formalities.· Complete all necessary related paperwork and reporting.· Keep systems updated at all times with accurate data.· Communicate with the team planed schedule and deviations.· Follow up of expeditions.· Handling transportation claims.Necessary qualifications:

Graduate of IEK / AEI

Desired previous experience of 3 years in a corresponding position

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Excellent knowledge of English (written & oral)

Knowledge of SAP will be highly appreciated

Ability to organize and communicate effectively effectively

Preferably a resident of areas neighbouring to Koropi
